We are able to secure a car for the required period from the selected category (same size, same cubic capacity, same fuel type), but we cannot guarantee an exact model from the categories where more than the model is listed. In any case, your preference will be noted and set as a priority.
Driver Terms
Drivers must be at least 23 years old with a valid driver’s license, issued at least 1 year ago. For some of our car groups, the minimum age is 25 years and a valid driver’s license has been issued 3 years ago.
Acceptable driving licenses from any EU country
Non-European and issued by any participating country to the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic
- In case the driver’s national driving license (which must have been in your possession for at least one year) does not meet any of the above requirements, a valid International Driving Permit – IDL – will be required along with the national driving license. The IDL may be one (1) day old.
Rental cost compensation policy
We require all our drivers to pay the total rental cost (number of days + deposit) prior to receiving the rented vehicle. If you book your car through our online platform, we require a down payment of 15% of the total amount, the balance must be paid no later than when you pick up the vehicle from our agency. After returning the rental car and checking its condition, we will reimburse you the amount of the security deposit (adjusted after any deductions, for identified damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period, amounting to and not exceeding the drivers liability limit for the group of cars of the rented vehicle).

We offer credit/debit cards (Visa, Diners Club, Mastercard) or payment options by bank deposit or cash.
After presenting the car, it is important to check the condition of the vehicle with a representative of our company. Any pre-existing signs of “Damage”, including but not limited to scratches and dents, must be reported to avoid being incorrectly charged for damage that was not caused by you. You will be asked to sign a relevant “Fair Use” form upon booking and upon return of the vehicle.

We offer free pickup/delivery at Samos International Airport, outside of operating hours.
Our office offers all our rental car drivers a level of flexibility to change the pickup/drop-off location of the original agreement, after contacting our office at least 3 days prior to the pickup/drop-off date, whichever location needs modification. For delivery/pick-up of the rented vehicle at any location outside of Samos International Airport, Pythagoreio, Samos, Kokkari, outside of operating hours, as well as changing the pickup/drop-off location of the original agreement, additional charges may apply. We recommend that you contact us in advance so that we can inform you of any additional charges.

Child seats and GPS are provided if requested when booking the vehicle, and are subject to availability,
Additional guides
If more than one driver wishes to be added for a specific vehicle rented from our agency, they must be clearly stated during the booking.
Extension / cancellation of the rental contract
You can cancel your reservation or rental contract at any time. We strongly recommend that all drivers notify our office at least 14 days prior to the current rental start date, about their intention to terminate the agreement, so that we can inform you of any potential charges that may arise.
The vehicle insurance policy covers the driver of the rented vehicle for the initially agreed rental period.
In case you wish to extend the rental contract, we advise you to contact our office at least 2 days before the expiration of the current rental contract, so that we can inform you about the availability of the vehicle, any modifications to the rental cost that apply and renew the insurance date of the rented vehicle.
Rental vehicle insurance options
All our rental cars are covered by comprehensive insurance, which is included in the default rental price. Comprehensive insurance is a collision damage waiver (CDW) with a limited excess/deductible also referred to as the driver’s liability amount. The excess/deductible is the amount you may have to pay in case of damage to the body of the rented vehicle by you during the rental period. The excess amount varies depending on the car group. Please note that the following parts are NOT covered by the insurance:

Engine
The car interior
Flat battery
Personal belongings
Lost keys
Additional items such as GPS, child seats
Towing
The driver can choose to further minimize the additional amount by selecting Full Collision Damage Waiver (FDW). This insurance option significantly reduces, but does not eliminate, the amount of the driver’s liability and further extends to windows, mirrors, wheels and tires.
All insurance is void if the driver determines that he does not comply with the applicable driving laws and regulations in force in Greece.
Car rental fuel tank policy
At the end of the rental period, the driver is expected to return the rented vehicle with the same amount of fuel that he received from our agency. In case the fuel in the car tank upon return is less than the initial amount, our agency reserves the right to charge the driver for this difference.
In cases where the rental car is returned with additional fuel than what was received, our agency has no direct obligation to compensate for any difference in fuel costs.
Late delivery window and charges
We believe that there are many factors that may inevitably affect the return time of your rental car. To accommodate these situations, we offer a free 30’ (minutes) grace period beyond the return time of each vehicle, as shown in the rental agreement, the extended return time not exceeding our normal operating hours. After this time window and, in the absence of prior contact with our agency, the driver will be charged an additional daily rental cost, at the current rental rate, unless otherwise agreed with our agency.
In case of continuous lack of contact after this point, our company may be called upon to file a vehicle theft report and other legal measures for the safe return of the rental car, with the cost of such procedures being ch (one hour paid to the driver of the vehicle in question.
Rental vehicle replacement
If you are not satisfied with your rental, or in the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident, either of which is not due to your own fault (and provided that you have driven with care and with the appropriate precautions in place, prior to the incident), Our agency will replace your vehicle with another of the same or higher group at the original price of the rental contract. If the mechanical failure or accident is deemed to have been caused by poor driving behavior on your part and/or failure to comply with applicable driving laws and regulations in force in Greece, Our company is not obligated to replace the damaged rental vehicle. If the vehicle is replaced under such circumstances, our company does not guarantee the same rental price as the original agreement.
