No deposit is required for online bookings. The full amount is paid upon delivery in Samos.
Are cancellation fees charged?
No, if you've booked a car rental with us and received a booking confirmation/voucher, you can cancel anytime without charge. Just send an email and mention your voucher number.
Is the car insurance deductible truly zero?
Yes, our insurance always includes FDW (Full Damage Waiver), as stated in the contract. With our zero-deductible car insurance, everything is covered, so you won't have any unexpected costs.
Do I need a credit card to rent a car?
No, a credit card isn't required when booking online or paying locally. You don't need to provide a credit card number or verification code when booking online.
Should I take a photo of the rental car when I pick it up, as proof of its condition upon delivery?
No, that's not necessary. Because we have FDW insurance, everything is insured. Rest assured, you'll find the 'yes, the easy way'. Of course, you can take a photo of the car, but only because it's so beautiful...
My flight to Samos is delayed, what should I do?
When booking a car rental, your flight number is important! We always check if a flight arrives early or is delayed. This way, we'll be at the airport right on time to deliver your car.
What about the fuel policy?
Most companies in Samos don't have a clear policy. With us, you pick up the car at the airport or your accommodation with a full tank and return it with a full tank. This way, you don't have to immediately look for a petrol station before continuing your trip. You can start enjoying your vacation right away. Full/Full is the best solution.
What about a car breakdown on the road or a flat tire? Do I have to change the tire myself?
